I. Con= veyor belt 


JSC Energoprogress is the official dealer of such = big manufacture of conveyor belt as OJSC Ural Plant of Industrial Rubber Produc= ts. Belts produced by this plant are applied on many enterprises of CIS and oth= er countries for conveying of different types of lump, bulk and piece loads: f= rom ferrous and nonferrous metal ores, hard rocks, coal and dolomite to low abrasive or nonabrasive materials.

Depending on transported material and operation conditions JSC Energoprogress has an ability to supply non-flammable belt (= for coal mines), fire-resistant, heat-resistant, oil-resistant, oil-and-heat-resistant of 2MCT type, frost-resistant, food and general-purp= ose with width from 100 – 3 000 mm and plies from 2 to 8.

The belts produced on the basis of TK polyamide tissues and ТЛК and EP polyester and polyamide tissues. Polyamide fabric of TK type as well as polyester-polyamide fabric of TПК and EP types is used for manufactur= e of conveyor belt.

Fire-resistant rubber-fabric conveyor belt is certified by UkrSEPRO State Certificati= on system and permitted by Gospromgornadzor (State Mining Inspection) of Ukraine, license No. 423.06.30-29.52.1.

 

JSC “Energoprogress” pro= pose for supply high strength rubber-fabric conveyor belts having design strengt= h up to 2500N/mm which are intended for operation in severe and medium conditions for substitution for steel cord conveyor belts such as РТЛ-1500, РТЛ-2500, РТi= 1; ТВ-1500, РТЛ ТВ-2500, Р = 58;ЛШТС-1500, РТЛШТС-2500. The belts are designed on = the base of polyester-polyamide fabric ТЛК (analogue of ЕР fabric). These belts have high strength and impact resistanc= e, sufficient troughability and excellent bond str= ength between construction components. Advantageous of rubber fabric belts in comparison to steel cord are the following: enhanced elasticity and flexibility, reduced belt weight (up to 25-30% in comparison to steel cord belts), resulting in electric power economy when operating, reducing risk of belt combustion (in case of steel cord conveyor belt failure arcing of steel cord may occur).  <= /span>

 

II. Ch= ains


JSC Energoprogress has opportunity to supply hinged (cast and welded) chains of oval and round loops manufactured by leading Russian manufacturers designed= for thermal screens of rotating kilns. The chains have high corrosion resistanc= e in conditions of being effected with high temperature gas flow and chemically aggressive sludge with its abrasive properties.

The chains supplied by JSC Energoprogress comply with operation requirements:

-  correlation between their surface and weight;

-  application of chains for cleaning furnace and advancing raw materials within surface.

Applied technology allows casting single piece chains of various lengths without any weld seams, choosing the most rational form, section and loop configuration thus maximally increasing active heat exchange and dust catching surface, as well as service life.

 

III. Mill liner


JSC Energoprogress offers for delivery metal and rubber liners of leading world manufacturers. Ball mill liner is designed for protection of mill body and = end covers from abrasion wear, and also for increase of the efficiency of mater= ial grinding. Steel liner is made of wear-resistant steel, and it can be applied both by wet and dry grinding mode, and without limitation of grinding media. Rubber liner operates safely, and its application is economically efficient when it is used in ball mills with wet mode of production, under working temperature not exceeding 80ºС, and the balls with diameter not exceeding 60 mm or combination of the balls Ø 60 and Ø 80 (50х50%) are charged.

In view of= the increased demand of industrial enterprises in reduction of energy consumpti= on and production costs, JSC Energoprogress offers for delivery cast rubber li= ner of leading Russian and foreign manufacturers that allows to solve said problems.

Advantages of the rubber liner against steel one: =

  The liners are 5 times lighter that steel ones; this reduces power consumption = for idle running of the mill and due to low stress on bearings of the mill; 

  Liners have a small thickness and this increases volume of the mill by 3-5%, these facts allows to increase output per finished rate (5-10%);

  Rubber liners provide perfect abutment to the body, sealing of the joints and fixtures; this avoids leakage of pulp beneath the lining and through boltings;

  Mills are transferred from cascade to cascade-and-waterfall mode as a result of application of «lifter and plate» construction that increases grinding efficiency;

  Reduction of the wear of grinding media;

  Due to application of the rubber lining noise level of the mill reduces 2 times= ;

  Lifetime increase;

  Significant reduction of the labor intensiveness for mounting of the liners;

  Rubber liner of «lifter and plate» type does not require an overhaul maintenance during rated operational lifetime;  <= /p>

Grinded raw materials are ore, coal, clinker, limestone, cement etc. Metal liners can be made with two ways of manufacture: casting into loum and sand mouldings; hot rolling way.=

Moulds are manufactures on the base of drawings provided by customer technical specifications and rated weight of the component.
