On 18-20 of April 2010 the sixth international conference PetroCem took place in St.-Petersburg. The international PetroCem conferences have been held every two years since 2000. From the very beginning the conference became the largest and most effective forum of cement industry specialists.
On 23-25 of November 2009 the 9th International Central Asia Conference & Exhibition “The Cement Industry and the Market” BusinessCem took place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The necessity of mastering the production of grinding balls of 30 mm in diameter was caused by market trends and increasing of the consumer’s interest in finding of alternative products with improved operation properties instead of ordinarily utilized domestic grinding media of poor quality or expensive foreign grinding balls.
In January 2009, as part of an industrial test to the OJSC «MykolayivCement» was shipped pilot batch grinding balls with increased hardness LLC «Plant «Energosteel» production. Ball downloading 1 st camera test mill was 34 tons.
In order to guarantee the resistance of grinding media to our consumers in cooperation with Research institute «UkrRIMet» UkrSSEC «Energostal» à new technical standard for grinding media manufacturing have been created. This technical document contains more strict requirements compared to older GOST and DSTU. Nowadays the development and adoption of new requirements is carried out.
"Cement and its Applications" journal has published an article about the Plant “Energosteel” in its specialized section “Grinding”, which features grinding media and equipment for cement plants. The article includes information concerning the Plant “Energosteel”, its products and customers.
On October 19-21 of 2008 the VIII International Central Asian Conference "Cement industry and market" BusinessCem took place in Baku, Azerbaijan. Companies arranging the event are "BusinessCem", Russia, "Garadagh Cement", Azerbaijan.
