On 18.08.2008 tech support specialists of Energoprogress company together with technical staff of the CJSC “Vostok Ruda” carried out planned examination of Energosteel’s grinding balls operation.

The steel grinding balls with extra volumetric hardness have been supplied to the CJSC “Vostok Ruda” for a trial.

The switch to utilization of Energosteel’s grinding balls instead of previously utilized cast balls was accompanied by reduction of its consumption. This switch had the effect of extending the intervals between the need for additional charge of grinding balls and the final fraction of materials became uniform.

As a result of the examination of all five mills the absence of grinding balls breakage and it’s uniform wear have been detected. Grinding balls preserved their form during utilization. There is a photo-report according to the results of the examination.

The Plant “Energosteel” both with JSC “Energoprogress” permanently researches actual parameters of grinding balls utilization in individual operating conditions of each consumer.
